Our Practice

Pediatric Orthopaedics is a specialty that focuses on the unique conditions and injuries that affect the bones, muscles, and joints of children and adolescents. Orthopaedic conditions may be present at birth, such as clubfoot, may develop as a child grows, such as scoliosis, or result from an injury or fall, such as a fracture.

Care of children differs from adults in many ways. As part of two large medical centers with special expertise in pediatric health and wellness, we are able to provide care in a child friendly setting that allows close collaboration among many disciplines such as medical imaging, physical therapy, anesthesia and a myriad of pediatric subspecialists.
